With a strong emphasis on strengths-based approaches, our support workers focus on what our clients aim to achieve in their lives. In this context, we believe our bottom-up strategy stands out in a society where top-down systems are often valued.

At Illuminate, our clients oversee their own destiny, and our support workers (or ‘Advocators’, as we like to call them) assist them to achieve their goals.
